"I approached my first Feldenkreis session with a certain amount of skepticism. The premise seemed confusing and it didn't seem possible that I would experience any difference as a result. Well, I was wrong on both counts. I came out of that session feeling relaxed and in an incredibly good mood. I was walking more easily (I'd been having a lot of knee discomfort), as well. In short, I felt wonderful. During the session, Anita observed my walk to tailor her treament appropriately, and this seemed logical to me. Anyway, Feldenkreis is kind of mysterious and very difficult to explain, but I found it to be a therapeutic and enjoyable experience. I plan to do more. I've also told several friends about it."
